Shipping Info

At The Blue Wagyu, we now also specialize in selling and shipping our Exquisite Wagyu Beef via our Online Store. Being as this is a perishable product, we do everything in our power to ensure that your beef arrives efficiently. We need your help to make sure that it is received in the same manner. Please, take note of our policies, and do not hesitate to contact us with any concerns.


We process shipments Monday through Thursday for Tuesday through Friday delivery. We ship via FedEx. Anything within Florida is shipped via their Ground service which usually has a 1 day turnaround. For shipments outside of Ocala, Florida's FedEx 1 Day Shipping Zones, we send packages via 2nd Day Delivery.

We ship everything frozen and in vacuum sealed packages in a recyclable box containing a reusable Styrofoam container and frozen gel packs or dry ice depending on the time of year.

All shipments must be sent to a street address. No PO Boxes.

The Blue Wagyu is NOT responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers. Please double check your entries before submitting orders.

Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to be delayed. We will do our best to hold orders that could be caught in these conditions as well as communicate to you that we are doing so. However, The Blue Wagyu is NOT responsible for shipments delayed due to inclement weather and unforeseen circumstances.

Sending as a gift? Double check recipients' addresses. It is the Billed Customer's responsibility to notify recipient to be available for delivery.




Local Customers are welcome to come by our store to pickup during business hours, just select that shipping option at Checkout.

Florida shipping addresses are charged a flat rate of $19.95 and shipped via FedEx Ground which typically delivers the following day.

Non-Florida Residents are charged FedEx 2nd Day rates which vary and will be calculated at checkout. 




If for any reason you feel a product you received does not meet your expectations, please contact us at 352-622-9977 or email within 72 hours of receiving your order and our team will gladly assist.

**If a shipment was delayed and arrives defrosted, please take photos upon opening your order to assist in us filing a claim with the carrier.**

Due to the nature of our products, we are not able to take returns of product back into our facility; however, please make sure to photographically document damaged packages or products BEFORE discarding
